New Moon Yin & Nidra
A juicy monthly class (currently on Zoom) to open up to a deeper stretch and deeper relaxation. Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues. It is a meditative practice which gives you more space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Yoga Nidra is 'Yogic sleep'. It is the wonderful relaxation that we do at the end of each class but this session allows more time to go deeper.
Yin and Nidra combined are a potent combination and the new moon is the perfect time to turn inwards.

Pregnancy is a time of physical, mental and emotional change.
Pregnancy Yoga is a self-care practice to help you enjoy higher energy levels, more restful sleep and a greater range of movement in pregnancy, while helping to alleviate minor pregnancy ailments.
This beautiful practice incorporates breathwork, movement, meditation and deep relaxation to support you in your journey through pregnancy, birth and beyond.

One to One and small Group Session available in the comfort of your own home or garden, designed to meet your specific needs. Covering the whole of Salford and Greater Manchester (and beyond where excess mileage can be covered).
Choose from general yoga, pregnancy, family / children's or yin yoga - or any combination that suits!
Also available for hen dos and similar gatherings.
Work place yoga
A relaxed workforce is a productive workforce! Treat your staff to a bespoke yoga session . Times available throughout the week. Available as regular sessions or one off events. Covering the whole of Salford and Greater Manchester (and beyond where excess mileage can be covered).
Sessions available for schools, community settings and as private sessions to teach the principles of physical health and mental wellbeing to 4 to 11 year old's in a fun and accessible way.
I hold a current Enhanced DBS check and can provide risk assessment & PLI insurance documents on request.
Assistance to apply for funding for these sessions can be offered to schools, charities and community groups.
